Mental Health & Wellbeing at St Edward's College

Mental health is about the way you think and feel and how you deal with ‘ups and downs’. 

At St Edward's we are committed to providing pupils, students and parents with comprehensive support and guidance in order to help them maintain mental well-being and support friends/children in need.

Where do I go if I need help?

Pupils and students: If you are finding it difficult to cope, you feel overwhelmed, or are concerned about someone else, please speak to any adult who wears a grey lanyard, and they will know how to help. The following staff members would be points of contacts for you:

  • Deputy Principal (Pastoral) - Mr Johnson
  • Acting Deputy Safeguarding Lead - Ms Stephens
  • Assistant Principal (Pastoral, Behaviour & Attendance) - Mrs Orger

Parents: If you need our support, please contact your child's Form Tutor or Head of House in the first instance, please ensure we are aware of any issues - we are here to work together with you.
