☀️ Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Open Evening. Despite the exceptionally warm weather, it was wonderful to welcome so many prospective pupils and families to St Edward’s and give them a glimpse into life at our school. A special thank you must go to our pupils and students, who were a credit to the College throughout the evening. Their confidence, enthusiasm and willingness to share their experiences helped bring our community to life and made a lasting impression on our visitors. ☀️ With temperatures forecast to reach up to 33°C this week, pupils will not be required to bring or wear their blazers from Tuesday 23 June to Thursday 25 June. Please remember to bring all books, equipment and bags as normal. Most importantly, bring a refillable water bottle and sunscreen, and make sure you stay hydrated throughout the week. 🏉 Senior Rugby is returning to St Edward’s College from September 2026! We are looking to build a committed senior squad, with regular training, fixtures and a clear sense of pride in representing the College. This is open to everyone. Whether you already play rugby, have not played for a while or have never really tried it before, we want you to get involved. The coaching team will be Mr Webster, Mr Jones, Mr Evans and Mr Broxson. A major part of the relaunch will be the Italy Tour at Easter 2027, giving the squad something exciting to build towards. Senior Rugby is back - join in and be part of it! 25 Likes

🏆 We are delighted to have successfully achieved the Best Practice with Teaching Assistants Award from Optimus Education. This recognition celebrates the outstanding contribution of our Teaching Assistants and the vital role they play in supporting pupils across the College. Their dedication, expertise and commitment help ensure that every young person is given the opportunity to thrive. Congratulations to all staff involved in securing this prestigious award. Photos from St Edward's College's post🎨 On Wednesday 3 June, Year 9 pupils Isla J and Matthew C attended the @dotartSchools prize-giving ceremony, held in the magnificent Concert Room in St George's Hall. The ceremony included presentations of certificates and prizes by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool to the top three shortlisted students and vote winners exhibiting from each school. Following the formal presentations, the students, teachers and families were invited to view the winners’ exhibition across the road at the Walker Art Gallery. Congratulations to Isla J for winning the St Edward’s public vote and having her work framed and exhibited alongside pupils from across the city; a huge achievement! It was a special occasion filled with laughter, reflection and a few emotional moments as friends looked back on the memories they have made together over the past five years. We are incredibly proud of everything this year group has achieved and wish them every success on Results Day.
