Learning and Behaviour Mentor
St Edward’s College is seeking two dedicated and proactive Learning and Behaviour Mentors to join our pastoral team, one for Key Stage 3 (KS3) and one for Key Stage 4 (KS4). These roles are key in supporting the Heads of Year and Senior Leaders in their work with pupils, helping to address learning and behaviour challenges that may hinder pupil progress. The successful candidates will provide tailored interventions and strategies to support pupils in overcoming these barriers and ensuring they achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
