  CareerNorth are highly experienced and professionally qualified in Careers Guidance. Career Conversations with pupils are impartial, confidential and pupils will receive a detailed action plan to support them with their career planning. Appointments can be arranged to see the Careers Adviser in school through Miss Maitland, Careers Coordinator.  
  A highly qualified and experienced Careers Guidance Practitioner who has extensive experience as an Achievement Coach and Careers Manager. Over the past 18 years Jane has supported, inspired and enabled young people with their career choices and next steps, including high achievers pursuing academic routes post 16/18 and vulnerable students who are re-engaging in learning. Jane’s depth of knowledge, enthusiasm and approachable nature ensures she is able to inspire students and support them to make the right choices.

Career Champions

The current Year 8 cohort has nominated ‘FAME Careers Champions’. These Champions are a point of contact for pupils when considering how certain subjects are useful in certain careers.  The Careers Champions also signpost pupils and staff to opportunities to highlight careers in the curriculum.
